During this 5-day Happy, Healthy Holiday Challenge you will boost your mood, improve your daily health habits, and give yourself a whole lot of love during this busy season.

Each day you will do ONE THING to fill your work and life with happiness and health...using awareness, reflection, and action to guide your self-care.

It's the perfect gift to give yourself during this crazy time in our world when we often forget to take care of ourselves. You deserve it!

What will I get out of the Challenge?

The big takeaway of the Challenge is to become more aware of your daily habits so you can boost your mood and health with little shots of self-care.

Because it's such a busy time during the holiday season we often forget to take care of ourselves while we are go-go-going. This Challenge is a gentle but powerful reminder to take care of yourself as a gift to you and the world.

How much time does the Challenge take?

You get out what you put in! Each day there is a short livestream video (also recorded) and the option of ONE self-care activity you can do quickly or spend more time on. There is also a daily Pure Potential Awareness exercise that will be things like meditations, guided visualization, etc. that will be around 10 minutes each. The other pieces of the daily schedule (hydration, Good Night Routine, etc.) are optional and if you do them all should take another 15-30 minutes. Remember this little bit of investment in time and energy will boost your happiness and health in big ways!

What is biohacking?

Biohacks are little shifts you can make to your body, mind, and spirit to quickly change your physical, mental, and emotional states from negative or low energy to positive and high energy. When you change your physical state you impact your mental and emotional state. 

What supplies do I need?

There is a complete list of supplies and links to purchase them if you don't already have them in the workbook and in the Facebook group. Every product has been used by Kristen and she will never suggest something she doesn’t absolutely love. Please check with your doctor for any supplements to ensure they fit your overall health goals. A few other basic items are needed and included in the supply list in the workbook.
